Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am in foreclosure, can they garnish my husbands wages if I bought it before we got married and his name was never on the loan or mortgage? If not what statute states this?

If you are the only one on the mortgage and deed, your husband has no interest in nor any obligation on the debt. Simple contract law. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com under garnishment of more help.
