Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Foreclosure

5 years ago I pledged a second morgate on my home $70,000 as part of a business loan. The business went under 3 years ago and the assets were auctioned off.

I received a letter this week from a company that bought the loan and is now demanding the $70,000 or they will foreclose on my home.

Do I have any options
