Forgery

My dad signed over his car to so I could trade it. I''ve been paying on the car. Now i'm behind and there saying my dad is responsible for the car. They put the car in his name without his knowledge or mine. We have the same name but i signed everything. Can they do this.

Did your Dad sign on the dotted line (meaning signing to be responsible for payment)? If so, he is responsible regardless if he sold it to you. If not, then he is not responsible.
