freezing bank accounts
Can creditor freeze my bank account for outstanding debt in Fl? And if they do freeze what do I do to unfreeze it?

Cannot freeze account unless you have a judgement against you. If there is a judgement, you will receive notice from the bank and the court as to what to do.
