Frozen checking
Can a collection agency legally take every penny from a checking/savings account after a final judgement granted for full payment? I had outstanding checks and bills to be paid. Now I cannot make any of my payments to anyone.

The judgment creditor can file for writ of garnishment against your bank account. If the creditor is successful in obtaining the writ, the simple answer to your question is "yes".
