garnish someones wages

Someone has borrowed a large sum of money from me, failing to pay as was set fourth in the Promissory Note, and has a job, can I garnish her wages? If so what is the requirement for me to follow this through. Thanking U in advance.

You will need to get a judgement in court against them first - file a lawsuit.
