Can I garnish wages for a broken lease?

I had a renter that defaulted on the signed lease and they moved out of the property after receiving an eviction letter from me. Can I have their wages garnished for the sum of the months that they lived in the property without paying rent?

You need a judgement before you can garnish someones wages. Please contact my office should you wish to file suit for back rent.
