Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

garnishment

i was convicted of embezzelment from a bank, have served my time and am on probation and paying restitution. the bank also brought civil charges against me and have garnished the accounts that remained at the bank. i still have an investment account that is joint with my husband at the bank and they did not take that money but have put a hold on the account internally so we cannot withdraw the money. it is still in our names and the interest is reported as income for our income tax. it is still active in all other ways. is there any way for us to withdraw that money?
