Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Garnishment of a Homeowners Association

I have received a judgment in small claims court against my condo's homeowners association. The only money they have to pay me would be the yearly dues. Can I garnish the yearly dues or would I have to garnish the account that hold the dues? What do I do if I don't know the bank or account number that the funds are kept?
