Garnishment
I am currently paying an attorney to get ready to file bankruptcy.my question is this.....can a creditor garnish my wages ,I have heard from ''TALK'' that not in the state of Florida,unless it's child support or back taxes..is this true,I have a couple of more weeks before I can file.

Additional information is required in order to answer this question. If you are the head of a household, a substantial portion of your wages are exempt from garnishment. You should consult with your attorney and discuss this thoroughly.
