Garnishment of Wages
Yes I was wanting to know can a collection agency garnish my wages for old medical bills and NO property is involed from anothor state where I use to live

If there is an outstanding unsatisfied judgment properly entered in the state where garnishment is sought and your wages are not exempt then an atty reprenting the owner, or the owner, of the judgment may garnish.
