Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

garnishments

I was convicted of embezzelment at a bank.I have served prison time and have been paying restitution for over a year. The bank has just garnished my account and my mothers account for over double what is owed in restitution. The lawyer handling it will not give my mother any information. She in no way was involved in the embezzelment but my name is on her account. Does she have any rights? She is 77,retired and on a fixed income. They have frozen all her assets.
