my ex girlfriend and I split up, but before the breakup I signed for her to get dental work done ($10,000 in dental work) She hasnt payed the bill, and now its delinquent and the bill went to collections, she still has some stuff of mine, can I take her to small claims court

If you go to small claims, you are maxed out at collecting $5,000. That's okay, but if you want to collect the whole $10,000 and the value of your stuff, you have to go to county court, civil division, not small claims.
