If there is a balance on your truck loan after the truck is repossessed and sold, you will be responsible for the balance. A creditor can garnish your wages only after a judgment is entered against you, and you're a long way from that at the moment. You might be able to negotiate a lower monthly payment on the truck loan after the truck is repossessed.
