Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Good Morning, I will try to keep this short and to the point. I live in Miami, FL and back in 2006 I moved in with a close friend and we made a verbal agreement that we would split bills half and half than few months later we were evicted. When we would purchase household items I would let her charge my credit cards and I let her get an account on my phone bill which she hasn't paid me back for any of the purchases she's made and now all of my cards are in collections. Is it possible that I take her to court even if I don't have much evidence and the agreement was verbal?
