Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Granted a Judgement...now what?

How can I collect on the Judgement I received. How can I find out this person's assets or bank accounts or property? Can I garnish his wages, put a lien on something? we live in Florida.

Collecting upon a Judgment is a very complex matter. How much is the JUdgment for, maybe I can help you with this proces. Also, does the person or party that you have the Judgment against have any assets? If not it might be difficult to collect upon the judgment. Feel free to call or e-mail me to discuss further.
