harrassment from mortgage lender

my neighbor is getting phone calls from my mortgage lender because we are not answering the phone to talk to them.I am behind on my mortgage payments and I know they need to talk to me ,but is this legal can they call and annoy my neighbors with this and tell them that they need to talk to me and make us feel like our personal buisness is being put out all over our neighborhood.

You may have a good claim against the mortgage lender. Especially if the neighbor is willing to corroborate what you say. Give me a call if you wish to discuss further.
