Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Harrassment

I receive on the average of 2-4 phone calls a day because I have a very high Mortgage payment and since my ex left I'm having a problem catching up. They have threatened me with forecloser. They call constantly, and I don't know where to turn. If you can give me any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

You should hire an attorney to take the calls. Pursue a loan forbearance or modification and if that does not work to try a chapter 13 repayment plan. You can save your property if you work hard. Also you may have a fair debt collection lawsuit against the company.
