hiding assets
Knowing a law suit may be coming can you take steps to place property , real estate in others names? If so would it be legal to put this real estate into a deceased persons name? I say no.. I have a friend that says yes this can be done. Please settle this for us.

The creditor can take steps to recover the property that you transferred into someone else's name, because its obvious the assets were transferred because of the lawsuit. No, you cannot transfer assets into a deceased person's name. That's plain fraud.
