Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Hello; i was hit by a drunk driver back on jan 26th 2003 my truck was financed
and the credit union would not wait for insurance to settle so they repo\'ed my
damaged truck when they took my truck they told me that they would settle and my insurance company
gap insurance would pay the rest today they put a hold on my checking account
and i now can not pay my bill or feed my family what can i do to get my money
back and the last time i talk to anyone about this was in 2004 and have not
heard anything else about it , thank you

You need to get a collection lawyer. Your options are if you are head of household with limited income the garnishee cannot hold your funds. YOu may be able to sue them.
