Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If an HOA is trying to collect past due dues & assessments, what can be added to the debt in the way of collection cost if an outside collector is used? What is reasonable & acceptable? 10%, 20%, 30%? I would like to help HOAs collect & want to know what I can charge.
