Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I had a home go back to the bank under foreclosure. I had a dual mortgage and still receive letter in attempt to collect on the smaller balance. My question is that when I get married within the next year will my fiancee's house be in danger?

No, certainly she is not liable for any such debt unless she was a party to the

agreement, note, mortgage, etc which was the basis for the debt. Marriage does

not affect such liability.
