home depot credit borrowed

How can I collect a debt that a friend left on my home depot credit card that I let her use to fix her new condo?

Now she's saying that she doesn't want to pay for it..

I need help...

Re: home depot credit borrowed

If you can't work it out with her, you should: PAY THE CREDIT CARD. This is not between her and the credit card, this is between you and her. If the card is not paid, they will come after you.

You can sue her for breach of contract - I assume your agreement to let her use your credit card was an oral agreement? You can sue for an oral breach of contract in Florida. You might want to contact an attorney in your area for help.
