Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I'm a homeowner. I had fell behind on my HOA payments & now a law firm is collecting on there behalf regarding my debt. The debt was totaled up to the amount of $1000 which concluded of $600 for hoa debt, $350 for legal fees, & $50 interest, that had to be paid within 45 days of notice. I had requested to be on a 12 payment plan to pay off the debt of the $1000, then I was notified that they had approved a 12 payment plan, but when I reviewed the terms & agreements, the debt raised to $3000, that concluded $600 for hoa debt, $2000 for legal fees & 400 for maintenance & monitor fees & interest. So when I saw the terms & conditions I was not in agreement with the terms, due to high increase in debt. I have never signed any of the documents. I declined & agreed to pay the original debt of the $1000 but now there saying that regardless of me not agreeing to the payment plan I still have to pay the payment plan full amount of $3000. So am I obligated to Pay the $3000 even if I didnt sign

This matter is too important to you to have answered on this forum. We do not know all the facts and do not know if the fees are correct or a unfair and deceptive tactic. Do yourself and see an attorney before things get worse for you.
