Hospital not accepting amount of payment I can afford

The hospital will not accept the amount of payment I can make per month for a swimming pool accident. Thier minimum payment is 150.00 per month and I can only afford 50.00.

Send what you can. If the money is returned, use it. TYhe worst that will happen is that you will be sued for the bill. Then maybe the judge will allow payments you can afford. The creditorotherwise, is not obliged to accept payments you dictate.

If you have an attorney for your personal injury claim, first discuss it with him/her.
