Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hospital Bill

Ihave a $4000 hospital bill as balance after insurance

paid $11000. I can afford to pay only$25/month due to

financial difficulties and many other doctor related

bills to pay, as well. The Hospital sent me a bill

with a $58 interest charge, which they told me would

be applied monthly until this balance is paid. I have

applied for financial assistance with the hospital but

was rejected, and they are not satisfied with $25/mo.

payment until our financial circumstance changes. Do

I have any recourse in this matter? Thank you.
