Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
HSBC forgery
I recently received a auto loan agreement between myself and HSBC. the agreement was not the agreement I signed with them. It had a different amount on the loan. It was originally 13,500 and now it has an amount of over 18,000 when i asked one of its representatives why it read that way she stated it was because they had taken my signature and swithched to the other amount on a different loan agreement. When I told her that that was ilegal she stated that they were allowed to do this. I am under not an attorney but I do not think that they can do this. I have asked them for an original agreement which instead they sent me the forged paper, which, of course, I retained I need help in solving this problem with them. Any advise on how to correct this or an attorney that will handle this case will suffice.

Re: HSBC forgery
Suggest you retain an attorney to look into this. it appears to be a fraud.
Re: HSBC forgery
You need to contact and attorney. My office handles cases like that.
