How can we keep our( paid) vehichles in his name only safe from being seized? Without them we can;t work and will be in a worse debt sitiuation. my husband is trying to file bankruptcy but we are waiting for money. Do you have any free advice to help us?

I believe you may be able to keep one car as head of household. If you go to the consumer lawyers help page you may find that they can not attach anything if you are not working or your income is below a certain amount.
