Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My husband passed away and was on humana. there was co pays not paid while he was in the hospital and rehap.

now they are sending me his bills in my name. am i resonsible for his medical bills.? i can't afford to pay them, he had no life insurance and i'm unemployed.

You are not responsible, unless you signed sometihng saying your would be. See my website and do a validation letter and a cease and dissist letter, if these are collection companies.
