Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My husband currently passed away unexpectantly, am i liable for his credit card debt, and how do i go about his name on the mortgage along with mine?

You are only liable for his debt that has your name on it as well as his. His estate is primamrily liable for his debt. If both of you are on the mortgage, now you are liable along with his estate. You don't need to change anything on the mortgage.
