Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

my husband is being sued by an attorney for a credit card that he did not pay off and they have

sent us a notification of a final judgment and also a form that is asking all about our finances,

income, personal property,etc to send back to them.

My question is can they make us complete this form and give that information out to them as I know they are trying to get a garnishment against my husbands income, which by the way is totally

retirement (military and social security)
