illegally obtained credit report

while looking at a mobile home to buy filled out a info card - speciffically said you're not running my credit r u - replied no if we were you would have to fill out this other paper- none the less they ran my credit - what recoarse don i have against the agent and the CRA for releasing my info without my signed consent
