Interrogatory

Rec's notice from palintiff's attorney requesting interrogatories (22)in number in determining financial ability to collect debt. Notice (motion) not signed by judge or clerk of court, came directly from attorney office on county court letterhead (form)pursuant to Fla R.Civ.P.Rule 1.340. Question: Am I required to answer these questions and send back to them as they request?
