Joint Credit Card

My husbands ex-wife has run up a joint credit card that she was suppose to be responsible for according to the divorce papers. She refuses to pay it and they are after my husband to pay. Do we have any options other then paying it off? If we pay it, how can we get the money back from her? Thank You.

1. The card should have been cancelled.

2. He will have to pay it and seek reimbursement.
