Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

CAN you have more than ONE judgement on the SAME CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT??? I was just served(yesterday) on a cre dit card that I already have a court judgement on(and was having my wages garnished untill I moved and quit the job) now I have ANOTHER lawyer trying to get ANOTHER judgement on this. AND THIS IS FROM 2003. IS THIS TIME-BARRED DEBT NOW??? i LIVE IN florida

Would have to really look at your file to see what is going on. However, if you had a debt in 2003 and you made one payment recently, then the toll begins again on the judgment. So...it could be that had you not paid anything -then the debt would have been time barred. However, when was your last payment on that debt - it tolls from then.
