Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Judgement

FDIC got a judgement against me 20 years ago & I stipulated a payout. It was never enforced & no one contacted me until a few weeks ago. Interest has been added in rediculous amounts. Original amt. was $5,000, current amount is over $20,000 plus legal fees. I have no assets & nothing in my name . Sole income is social security. Can my wife's income be made to come into play? She we never a party to anything I signed.
