What can be taken if a judgement is filed?

If a personal promise note is not paid (owing over $8000.00)What can be done, by law and if they do not own any property can we take ownership of livestock? like horse?

If you get a judgment, then you can get an order that allows the sheriff to take the debtor's personal property, like a horse, and sell it to pay the judgment. There are costs you will have to pay up front to do this.
