Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a judgement against me to pay the credit card company the amount of my bill. The lawyers office is handling the payment. They want me to give them informaiton about all the property, bank accounts ect. that I own, my wife owns, my children own. They have requested a $800 per month payment or a one time payment. I can't afford $800 per month. If I send payments for what I can afford can they still take my properties and/or garnish my wages or my wifes or take my childrens property?
