Judgement Proof?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to file for a ''Judgement Proof'', after the fact?

It is showing on my credit report as ''Profit and Loss Writeoff'' and Charged Off As Bad Debt.

I am trying to get a mortgage from my bank and she told me that they can't give it to me with this on there?

How can I reverse this?

I am on disability retirement pay.

Please advise.
