Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I got a judgement in small claims court over 20 years ago for .approx. $1200.00. I never received any money from this person. Then he vanished. He has now reappeared. Can I now get my money? I How do I go about this? I probably don't have the paper work any more and I don't know the exact date? I appreciate any help. Thanks.
