judgemnet entered against me
I owe a debt to a credit card company its charged off about 5yrs now, the collection agency without my knowledge or oppurtunity to dispute, received from the county I live a civil judgement against me. I did not have knowledge of a court date or anything, I just received a default judgement in the mail. What if anything can I do?

A written motion must be made in court to vacate the judgment. Good luck.
