Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I had a judgment against me from bank that I had multiple loans with. I received a satisfaction of final judgment from court. And I'm still being garnished even though the court said it has been satisfied. Can I sue the bank?

You should immediately consult with an attorney regarding this situation. Since you had "multiple loans" with this bank, the satisfaction may reference a totally different account than the one which the garnishment is connected to. Assemble all documents that you have relating to this issue and consult with an attorney as soon as possible.
