Judgment Enforcement

I have a judgment against a debto in Florida -- and I know he owns a nice car. Are their lawyers who specialize in sezing cars?

It may not be as simple as seizing the car of the person who owes you the money. Under Florida law, a lot of property is exempt from collection. We'd be happy to discuss the situation with you. We offer a free initial consultation.
