Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Judgment Lien

We won in small claims court and have filed a judgment lien in the state and county of the defendant. I have two questions. Is the statutory interest rate compounded monthly? Do we only accept payment in full or is it feasible to attempt a payment plan from the defendant?

Interest is not compounded and it is always good to work out a deal for payment if you can. Made it a promissory note.
