I live in florida and today I received a letter stating:the plantiff and defendant hereby stipulate and agree as follows :The defendant is indebted to the plaintff in the anount of 6000 together with prejudment interest of 2197. 330. for costs of this suit and 5pp as a reasonable fee for plaintiffs attorney and consents to the entry of a final judgment for these amounts'' I do owe this money but I cannot afford to pay anymore. Its my debt only . my husband and I own a house in florida and my car i owe as much as its worth. If I sign this paper what can they do . Will it just go on my credit . what can they pursue I do not work I collect social security

The creditor here has secured a judgment against you. They can attach a lien on your property and maybe garnish wages under some circumstances. Your social security will be exempt.
