Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I got a judgment against a married couple, who have since divorced. The wife then got a judgment against her ex-husband for the same matter. How can I join the judgments so I can try to collect?

Your judgment is against Mr. and Mrs. As to the Mrs. getting a judgment - her judgment will be against the Mr. There is no joining of the judg ments.
