Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Judgment on possibly false debt, what can I do
I was being sued by a credit card collections company, received a letter for possible dismissal and thought that it was going to be dismissed (the credit may not be mine) so I didn't go to court, the case happened and a judgement happened against me. I have very limited funds, please let me know what my options are. On the Default Final Judgment letter, it says ''or a motion for new trial or notice of appeal is filed''. What is my best option. Thank you for your help.
