Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I would like to know if it is possible to have judgment re-opened or even dismissed if I believe the proceedings were done improperly?

Yes, it is possible but very difficult to do. There are time periods in which you have to do this, or you will lose any chance of setting aside the judgment. See an attorney immediately.
