Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Judgment

A judgment was placed on me 11 years ago at which time I did not know until 2 years later. Nothing has occured until now. I was told to give all my finance info to a lawyer where he recently froze my checking account. The only money I had was about 700.00 dollars. I don't have money to fight this. If I do nothing, can the lawyer garnish my wages since he isn't getting the whole amount from my checking account.
