If jurisdiction specified in a contract staes a location 1500 miles from defandant does that mean defandant must come to that jurisdiction or forfeit by now show

If your contract states that you will abide by the laws of the State of Georgia (just an example) - then you would have to go to Georgia. If you do not file an answer or attend the hearing (by telephone - which you can request) then you will be placed in default and the Plaintiff will be able to obtain a judgment against you.
